Returns & Exchanges

We hope your Sia & Sai pieces bring joy, comfort, and a touch of magic. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns—with kindness, clarity, and care.

Return Eligibility

  • Full-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Styles that are soiled, laundered, worn, or missing labels will not be accepted.

  • Sia & Sai reserves the right to determine whether a returned item is in acceptable condition.

  • If deemed soiled or damaged, the item will either be returned to the customer at their expense or responsibly destroyed.

Holiday Returns

Orders placed between December 4th and December 31st, 2025 are eligible for extended returns up to 30 days from purchase. Orders outside this window follow our standard 14-day policy.

Sale Items

  • All sale purchases are final.

  • We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments on sale items unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.

  • Sia & Sai reserves the right to reject returns that fall outside the return window or arrive in a condition different from how they were received.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are welcome within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

  • If you’d like to swap sizes or styles, please begin by contacting us at info@siasai.com.

  • We’ll guide you through the process with care.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund—timing may vary by card issuer.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through Sia & Sai. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or hiring a customs broker.

Faulty Goods

  • All garments are carefully inspected before dispatch.

  • Items are considered faulty only if received damaged.

  • Damage due to wear and tear is not classified as a fault.

  • If you receive an item that isn’t in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at info@siasai.com.

Hand Craft & Colour Variations

Each Sia & Sai piece is handcrafted with love. Slight variations in embellishments or colour are part of the charm—and a reflection of our artisanal process.
We’ve made every effort to display colours accurately, but monitor settings may vary.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original tags.

  • Unauthorised or unidentified returns will be sent back to the customer.

  • We are not liable for goods returned outside our policy or without prior communication.

  • Repeated returns are monitored. Excessive returns may result in refusal or account closure.

Please read the care instructions included with your garments. Sia & Sai cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow these guidelines.
