Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia) 

  • Free shipping on orders over AUD $200

  • Flat rate shipping of $15 on orders under AUD $200 

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

International Shipping (We ship worldwide)

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes

Please note: during new collection launches and sale periods there may be a delay in order processing times due to a high volume of orders.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

We use DHL courier service for all orders leaving our Sydney, Australia warehouse. Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, provided there are no customs delays, and depending on the designated destination. If you are not available at the address specified when the delivery is attempted, a DHL missed delivery card will be left in your post box notifying you that delivery has been attempted. You will then need to call the local DHL number listed on the card to organise re-delivery or pickup at the nearest DHL location.

Delivery & Liability

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, SIA&SAI is no longer liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. If you choose to have your parcel delivered without a signature, this will be done at your own discretion and risk.

Custom Fees and Duties

Please note the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.

Sia & Sai is not responsible for any delays caused by a countries customs and is unable to alter the duties and taxes incurred.

To help us make sure your order arrives in time, please check that:

- Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement

- For first-time customers, your shipping address must match either your billing or verified corporate address. Once your order has been dispatched, SIA&SAI is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. Should any issues arise, we kindly ask that you contact the relevant courier provider directly.

- Your shipping address is either your billing or corporate address if you are shopping with us for the first timeble for any delays, damage or losses to your parcel. Any issues that may arise will need to be raised with the associated courier provider.
